One more unique thing to Kodiak: Most thru streets have the right of way, yet Mission street has a stop in the middle to let Bobby Benson run straight into a guard rail.
The reason is simple: Black ice is a requirement here. BB Road is coming off of the hill. Now you can slide through the intersection without it being illegal.
