There had been a rash of dog poisoning going on here on the island. By Potato Patch Lake, there have been five dogs killed in the last two months, and there were another three by Island Lake. Last week, one of my friends had two of her dogs poisoned out in the flats. What I want to know is howcome the islanders know this shit, but the paper doesn't?
Damn it. Now I have "Coconut Telegraph" going through my brain.
